Launcher fails to start. When launched from the command line it reports error. " Error during application startup. Exception intitialising applications: Could not find a part of the path 'C:users\steamuser\Local Settings\Application Data\Elite Dangerous Launcher_evidencehere". The last part of the path indeed does not exist. Also tried with proton 5.0 and 3.16 , and of course used the protontricks suggested by other reports with no result other than installing mono.
