some stuttering when playing songs
using BeatTogether, was able to connect and play a couple of songs. viewing other people playing runs better than Windows for some reason
Very fun game that runs like native
I am doodoo trash at this game but it was still fun to play.
stutters due to steam dlc check
I have opened a compatibility report on the Proton repo. Please contribute your logs if you can: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6852
Perfect experience
For some reason, the Ubisoft Connect app stays open even after you close the game, so you will also need to quit that for the game to register as stopped on Steam.
made the back grip buttons accelerate and handbrake
Controllers not detected on regular Proton, detected on GEProton7-55
Set everything to low and turn on FSR if you want to get a smooth 55-60fps
PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=1 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=0 gamemoderun %command%
Fullscreen wouldn't work unless you used Alt+Enter otherwise it would crash
The CTX_SWITCH_TIMEOUT that seems to happen to every NVIDIA graphics card user happened to me. Using the launch options remedies this by a lot, but will not fix it.
I'm shocked NVIDIA hasn't fixed this yet. It's even prevalent in other games but radio silence from them.
Game doesn't launch possibly due to anti-cheat
There is no native runtime for EasyAntiCheat in the files so it just doesn't work.
Game does not work possibly due to EAC
Tried launching in OpenXR, OculusXR, and OpenVR. None worked.
Runs like a Platinum game on Proton Experimental
Sometimes weapons just randomly dropped but this is most likely a me problem.
Runs perfect after you change the Ubisoft Launcher
You have to go into the Uplay folder and manually replace the Uplay Launcher file with the Ubisoft Connect Launcher for the game to work. You will also need lib32-nvidia-utils.
There was nobody online (shocker)
