Using gamescope mouse bounds were often incorrect (which only matters when using menus, it doesnt affect gameplay)

Significant Bugs:

Using HDR, then disabling it via env vars seem to make the game not load (disabling in-game first doesnt cause this)

Mangohud didnt recognize the usage of my GPU at all (0% 0MHz 0C etc)
