The game makes you log into steam in electron instead of using steam api to confirm your account, but everything works fine.
It's really shady that you have to log into your steam account inside of their game. I changed my steam password after linking my account. I recommend playing the game in a browser or on a phone after your accounts are linked.
I have tried the launch options, no launch options. Nothing seemed to help me fix the constant crashes.

The game kept crashing every time I made any progress. I could play past the point of previous crashes, until the next one happened.

Premier mode checkboxes are always selected. UI round counter displays only the first digit of round limit. ex. 1 instead of 16 and 3 instead of 30
Some maps like Cascade cause a crash. Which can lead to a ban. You should try all new maps in offline before queuing matchmaking.

Didn't have any issues playing the game. It runs perfectly.
Game ran like a slideshow. I played the game on a much slower machine a month prior, and it behaved perfectly then.
I tried older proton, proton experimental and proton ge 43.
