bumpers on r4 l4 changed the game for me
wee bit small
have had no issue so far seems great
I did not try offline mode cause i wanted to continue a save from my pc. i tried experimental, GE-Protons versions. and could not get it to update. not sure if offline mode works i never tried it. it is a pass on steam deck for me. hopefully we can find a fix somehow.
my deck would every now and then stop responding to inputs from the deck. thiss would happen when id turn it up. id just hit the steam button and resume game to get it back.
just a input fix would be nice. if you decided to turn your game up in the middle of a Fight, not being able to move doesnt help. but minor issue in my book speaking that you can fix it by just hitting the steam button and resuming.
everything low, in game fsr 2.0 balanced sharpness 1, v-sync off, framerate 60, refresh rate 40hz
hitching in the game (which is normal for the port at the time of reporting)
ive just gotten out of hogsmead and so far if your are running my summary settings, the game runs mostly at 40hz dipping to mid 30s walking into new areas. the game does hitch but no worse then on my desktop. im very happy playing through my first run on deck. (will update if problems occur in stuff like combat)
experimental
ea app can show up randomly and crash the game (on my old one with emudeck on it) (oled fresh install was great)
on my old steam deck i randomly have audio cut out completely but on a fresh install on my oled. i was fine. probably a fault on my end on the lcd
its the best multiplayer on the steam deck. have minor issues tho
played co op with my girl on both steam decks and it worked great on both the lcd and oled
from my eyes personally, it seems to have sum issues but if you are mainly in game mode it should work great. Even at 60FPS. its my favorite pvp game to play on it.
