The only small issue is that full screen on doesn't hide Ubuntu's top and left menus. Other than that no issues, runs perfectly
I see some artifacts, small issues with some textures, but in general it's fully playable
Fully playable
I have stable 60fps with Vulkan API selected on Ultra Quality. Runs perfectly out of the box.
Fully playable out of the box
Sometimes Alt-Tab back to game shows black screen, looks like multiple attempts fix the problem
Probably it's unrelated to Linux/Proton, but sometimes incorrect level is loaded via map (e.g. I'm starting 4-1, but 4-2 is getting loaded)
Fully playable from start to finish
Unexpected occasional FPS drops
By default game runs at 30 FPS. If you add -dX9
launch parameter it will work at 60 FPS.
Almost perfect
The only issue is initial loading, not sure if it's a Linux specific, but the game hangs for a couple of seconds during the first loading. After that it works perfectly.
Fully playable with minor artefacts
During the intensive movement scenes I was a experiencing sort of screen tearing (I've tried all possible combinations of VSync option in Linux Mint and the game itself but it didn't help)
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
After switching to other application the game hangs, need to restart
Need to add a launch option, otherwise you'll face a black screen
Runs w/o any issues, FPS rate is about 25-30, but I doubt that it's a Proton issue
Runs perfectly, no issues found during short test
Works perfectly out of the box
Sometimes the game stops responding (only in the main menu/pause menu)
Game hangs when I'm trying to start playing
The message on the screen says that it's syncing user info. But it looks like it never stops. I've waited for several minutes
Black screen when starting a new game
After the initial launch, the black screen also appears but I was able to skip it by pressing the ESC button. Maybe it was some CGI / cutscene. After that, the initial menu was launched. Pressing new game leads to one more black screen that I was unable to skip
