The LETTERS on the keyboard did not press down, but I was able to fix it using xwayland (see above)
You can play.

Runs smoothly, no issues.
Don't forget to callibrate your offset.

Nice game, good compatability
Haven't noticed any issues with the game yet :)

If you encounter issues regarding input, disable asynchronus input!

Works well
Audio would not work without beta
Unplayable for me if I do not change to beta release or proton, because of no sound, which... In a rhythm game is pretty much required. But on those two, it worked flawlessly. Still, however, works very well.

Audio was missing on native port, had to switch to Proton (Experimental) for the audio to work.
Works out of the box

The native build makes the buttons unusable for gameplay
works

Forced to Proton experimental, but I honestly think that it works with any versions of Proton.

The game is currently in an unplayable state natively on steam deck, and feels as if running with two band-aids
-w 1920 -h 1080

Game worked before but now I can't play it. This only started happening recently, and I'm not sure if this is exclusive to me. 😐

barely heard anything, even on max volume.
Works fine, exept volume
When I open the game, it just opens a transparent window. I can still hear sound tho. I tried updating my system but that didnt help either.

Added support for tapping joysticks.
In level editor, pressing escape to exit out of playtesting kicks you out.
Overall, works perfectlly fine, except for the level editor, which for me is nearly unusable.

The game itself works fine, but not being able to use ANY kind of external audio device on a rhythm game is a huge issue.
Can't use headphones of any kind (bluetooth or wired), will always play sound through the internal speakers. Super annoying.
It refusing to use any kind of external audio device is a big issue that needs adressing. Shouldn't be verified.

Works perfectly
Worked fine
Tested vanilla, no problems whatsoever.

This game runs perfectly no fps drops at all and if you love rythm games well this game is for you!
Native version works perfectly.
ADOFAI added native support for Linux recently, works like a charm!
Everything works OOTB
I've found input can drift slightly (+- ~10-30ms) a few minutes into the game session and sometimes upon starting, but especially during levels heavier on effects. Not usually enough to turn an on-the-dot perfect press into L/EPerfect, but enough to possibly mess up a pure perfect run that would've otherwise worked out. This is a problem on all Proton versions I've tested. Calibrating again will fix it, but you can't really do that in the middle of a level.
Sometimes during a song, it can stutter for a second, but then continue normally. It's not that bad because it happens once every 15 mins, but it can become annoying.
changed trackpads from default to keyboard buttons
small amount of stuttering on intense stages
Audio sometimes, though rarely, stutters a bit
The game will sometimes, though rarely, stutter a bit
Official default controls are sometimes unresponsive. I recommend switching to keyboard and mouse then binding d-pad to the arrows and everything else to any of the letters.
D-Pad as arrow keys, Start as Escape, all other buttons as separate keys
Defaulted to Gamepad controls, but those kept dropping inputs. Custom keyboard bindings worked fine, may add touchpad-based fast travel later.
Tried out a selection of levels from both the base game and Neo Cosmos DLC. Haven't played any community maps yet. Make sure to calibrate latency.

install d3dx11_43
If you do not set the Proton version to 7.0-3 in the compatibility menu before you install the game will be downloaded but will not be installed to the correct defualt folder.
Just change the proton version to 7.0-3

It's running very slow even tho my hardware is not a problem for this game.
It used to run normally, im not sure if thats because of a different arch install/config or a game update. It also used to work out of the box but this time it required extra boot options.
All levels and Neo Cosmos works fine with default except for EMOMOMO, which can be fixed with GE or otherwise
The background of World MO (EMOMOMO) and possibly some custom levels is broken with the default Proton version at the moment

Runs Fine OOTB
Note: the PulseAudio sound system can have some noticeable latency issues. This may not matter for most, but if you are playing very precisely you may notice it. There are ways to mitigate this.
