On Steam Deck, because of frequent crashes, would not recommend it.
Card titles at the top are difficult to read.
Game crashes all the time, tried tutorial and local custom game, game crashes within about 5mins of playing. Mouse cursor still works, but audio stops and game is not responsive anymore. Have to force close it.
PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%
Game seemed to always switch back to Windowed. Didn't seem to matter if I was using DX9 mode or DX11 mode.
Haven't tested on Windows but it should work just fine. Granted you have to make an account for internet play.
Using the default Proton that Steam suggests, the game crashes after a single turn pretty much no matter what.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 PROTON_NO_D3D11=1 PROTON_NO_D3D10=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%
works fine with proton 6.3
If you flick the left joy stick game crashes on main menu but once in a game no issues
Works well enough (with Proton 4.11-13).
No music---not that that really matters.
Occasionally crashes after window resizing.
Worked some time ago. But now a black screen is all I get :(
Works with explicit downgrade to Proton 4.11. Game crashed with any Proton 5.x and experimental.
Effects working, no background music
Works if you downgrade Proton, some crashes though
Crashes when switching between online games.
As others have mentioned, had to lower the Proton version to run this title.
When I try to run the game, I get a blank screen that eventually crashes. Game used to work fine (except for no audio).
I was initially able to play the game and played 10 hours in online multiplayer about a month ago. Only issue was no audio. However, it stopped working when I tried it recently. When I hit play, I get a blank screen that eventually crashes. Reinstall didn't help.
Music is not working, but sound effects are.
Works fine... no music...
No Music, Sound Effects Fine
Make sure you are not using the patest proton.. I used 4.11-13
For some reason i cannot explain, it stopped working.
It only loads to black screen in a window now with no response. It worked perfectly before ( no music, no issues )
No music, but the sound effects worked fine.
Cant finish a game without crashing multiple times.
Crashes in late game. Crashes earlier with multiple opponents.
As others have mentioned, in-game music does not work, tried with the Esync option as well. Played into a new custom game without any other issues. Did not test online play, as I don't play this game online, but online login into the game account and sync options worked fine.
Tested and working: Launch game, log into online profile, join existing online game, start new game against AI, take multimple turns in AI game
No music (but sounds!), looks a tiny bit distorted. Otherwise perfectly playable without any tweaks!. What's strange: I have a two-monitor setup and as long as Chrome is running on the primary monitor, the game opens in an unplayable windowed mode. Closing Chrome (or moving it to the other monitor) and restarting the game fixes this!
Played some online games and some challenges so far without any problems.
So far I played tutorial, game seems to run just fine, except there's no music (but there are sounds). I can't say if this issue exists on Windows as well - but this is a card game, music is not really essential, so this is not a problem.
