Runs on Linux without issues. Game has its own stability issues though.
The game has some instability when certain actions are taken, causing Null Reference Exceptions or other errors to be thrown. I host a dedicated server locally, and spawning in deprecated vehicles can crash the server or removing some pipes can crash all of the clients. I don't think this is an issue with the Linux client or server, just a game stability issue in general.

Keyboard buttons
Additional changes to keyboard setup needed. But apart from that no issues

gamescope -W 1920 -H 1080 --force-grab-cursor -f -e -- %command% -force-opengl
Playable with a few launch options and Proton GE.

gamescope -W 1920 -H 1080 --force-grab-cursor -f -e -- %command% -force-opengl
normal issues with unity on wayland

Perfect
Runs flawlessly, No issues and no tweaking necessary.
Just told steam to use proton, and it works fine.

gamemoderun mangohud gamescope -W 2560 -H 1080 -r 200 -f --force-grab-cursor -- %command%
Game can run fine with just standard proton and have no issues. Running the game in X11 is flawless without any tweaking, gamescope is used to fix some odd window behavior pretty much all unity games I have found to have running in a wayland environment. The issues are also not game breaking and you could just put up with them if you have issues with gamescope.
Works fine with no tweaks
Game is playable with GE.

Works perfectly out of the box
One time a save file saved weirdly and the game couldn't find it. The game backs up your save every time it saves, so I lost >5 minutes of progress. I later found the save file and it was named wrong, there was an underscore added to the end. Felt more like a freak accident than a Proton issue, but I though I might mention it just in case.

Easy Platinum, Great Devs
I cannot get the mod sdk to work on Linux. Unfortunate, but hardly a dealbreaker for 99.9% of people, and that is literally the only issue I have encountered.
Corre perfectamente bien. Estoy usando POP_OS!.
Works fine without issue
Not sure what the performance in Windows would be but I am pretty sure it should be better. But with the GE-Proton7-53 it was playable for me. I tried multiple proton versions below this one without success.
Some seemed to work at first but spiraled down to unplayable after like 15 to 30 min (15fps). Now has >160 fps on idle small starter base after launching the game and stays well above 60 but currently not sure what the count is after an hour of playtime.
Only tested with one friend with my game as server. Could not get it to work the other way around but not sure what the issue is (ports should be forwarded). I fowarded 27014-27019 udp.
The game seems to be buggy generally, since the server search bar does not work on windows too. Also, you should restart the game if a connection attempt fails; especially if you host a server. Otherwise, it might lock up or outright crash when joining.
The GPU is a RX 6800 via DRI_PRIME, not what steam/protondb reports.
My scheme is limiting the steam deck controlls, there are ways to map keys better. Also the game itself is jsut a bit too mouse-dependant
Changed one of the community layouts so that it can also be used with Steam Controller
Needed more controls
Adding `-force-vulkan` to the launch options is optional. It should give a slight performance improvement, as DXVK won't need to run then.
-force-vulkan
Stationeers right now is pretty buggy because they are doing tons of refactoring, so the fact that it still works after some refactoring is pretty sweet.
Added rotational controls on the radial menu.
Due to beta branch had occasional crahes like once an hour.
The game on the beta branch where the devs did a lot of performance upgrades and optimisations improving frame rate by more then half. Plays at like 54-60FPS on the highest graphic preset.
Works flawlessly on forced experimental (otherwise doesn't launch). Was getting 55-60FPS on the beta version of the game.
Added rotation controls to radial menu.
Due to using beta branch it did crash occasionally but like once an hour.
The controls take some getting used to but the community has done a great job of adding a nice layout. The normal version of the game not tested. The beta version where the devs have improved performance like more then double.
Note that I'm playing the beta update. Performance was terrible on nvidia driver 470. I got 14 fps at the main menu. I updated to 510.54 and now I get 144 fps on the main menu. I changed nothing else. The difference is astounding.
Runs more than well enough on Proton experimental, there are some minor nits but the game can more than be enjoyed
ocasional drag and drop flakyness

No obvious bugs. Slightly longer load times than on native Windows.
Initial load time was longer than on Windows, with several seconds passing between the splash screen fading out and the loading screen initializing.
Works as well (or as poorly) as on Windows. All of the bugs experienced are not proton-specific.
Works well out of the box. Minor bugs but fully playable
Sometimes the ground vertices doesn't line up with each other perfectly when drilling and you can see slight cracks through the map.
Network analyzer doesn't seem to work when joining multiplayer. Atmospherics works though. Not sure if it is related to proton or if it's just the game. Proton 6.3-5 was used.
Initially got <10 FPS at the main menu without changing any launch options. Disabling D3D11 cleared up any issues.
Works well. Most of the problems with this game are not related to using it on Linux
Missing tutorial videos
Chunks sometimes don't load. This might happen on Windows too though
No Issues

Saw loading screen, no main menu
I tested on Proton 5.13-6, Proton Experimental, and Proton-6.1-GE-2, on both Wayland and X11. Same result every time.

Worked out of the box. It seems like there may have been videos in the tutorial that I couldn't see. Haven't tried multiplayer.
Performance seemed slightly sluggish at times, particularly with reflection on.
Game runs fine but has weird chunk errors sometimes
when playing multiplayer the game started generating chunks that had a giant height difference from the terrain around them... as if they were dragged up
Videos in tutorial are not working, error logs tell something about WindowsVideoMedia problems ("not implemented").

~2 hours of good gameplay, but then some chunks failed to load and I fell through the world and then the game crashed when reloading save. This might not be linux related..
Crashed while loading game
Crashed while loading game
Had to force 'Proton Experimental' for it to work

Hangs at "loading recipes" start-up screen
Tried Proton 5.21-GE-1, 5.13-4, and 5.0-10 Tried launch options "PROTON_NO_D3D11=1" and "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1" to no avail
Had problems syncing state between other players. When that happened, had to leave then rejoin. Also happened to the Windows players I was playing with.
Worked flawlessly with Proton 5.0-9 right off the bat.
Yes but one must force proton version to 5.x before fixing left/right click bug
Left/Right click (primary/secondary action) are changing view orientation.
