There was some crackling every now and then but nothing major and if I did not read previous reviews I wouldn't have noticed it
Works like a charm!

i made the config
reduced TDP to minimum, still runs at 60 FPS, old game
i used the widescreen patch from PCGamingWiki and it worked flawlessly, the game is fun, doesnt consume too much battery life, and has a unique artstyle that still looks very good

Won't launch
It pops up a terminal window that says "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'dxvk::DxvkError'
Works flawlessly, 1 click install on Steam
With default compatibility settings, the game crashed after changing resolution, but it works fine using Proton 6.10-GE
Works fine, if you change the resolution it will break; setting ScreenWidth=1024 in Current.opt will resolve.
Changing to 5.1 surround sound caused audio to hum and crackle; Stereo works fine
Unable to change resolution without crashing; manually setting in Current.opt did not help.

Works almost as expect save for the aforementioned bugs.
Tabbing out will not allow you to access any applications on that screen
DO NOT change you resolution. The game will fail to launch if you do.

Works great out of the box. If you want to install the Unofficial PCGaming Patch for widescreen support, you'll have to do some tinkering.
For the Unofficial Patch, you'll need to set your launch options to WINEDLLOVERRIDE="d3dx9d.dll". You can manually set your desired resolution in the resolution.ini file. Worked perfectly afterwards.
Runs better in Proton compared to Windows.
Installs and runs fine right out of the box.
It's great.
Don't change the default resolution, or the game crashes. The default is reasonable anyway.
Game doesn't start when using Vulkan.

Borked on Proton 5.0-1. Actual game works out of the box if you don't care about resolution.
In order to get 1920x1080 you need to install the PCGamingWiki Patch, and add a dll override for d3d9
The 1280x1024 resolution selectable in-game is somewhat broken, after restarting the game it will revert back to the lowest resolution available. I do not actually know if this is because of Proton or not

Runs extremely well through Proton.
Changing the resolution from the default using in-game settings leads to the resolution being reset to the lowest option. I'm not entirely sure if this is caused by Proton or not, though.
Considering the resolution bug; it's important to use the widescreen patch, but I'm not sure how to do this through Proton (you can use it if you're fine with running WINE and no steam intergration) so if anyone figures out how to do this, please share so others can use it.

No tweaks needed, no immediately available graphical glitches.

Game runs fine and without any issues.

Working out of the box with no issues.

Works great no issues found

No problems running it, and no noticable loss in performance vs playing on Windows 10.

Couldn't figure out how to get the widescreen patch to work with it, probably a DLL override issue
