Worked this time
Desktop was shown on the bezels of the 4:3 game
I reinstalled the game and this time it just started out of the box with nothing changed. Your mileage may vary

I tried. It opens the window and gives me a black screen. Proton 3.7 gave me music, but nothing else.
I tested with Proton 9 Proton 3.7 Proton 5.0 Proton Hotfix Proton Experimental Proton GE 9-4
Some action during battle has no audio. But i'm not sure whether it's bug with proton or because this game has been abandoned on early access.
When i choose fullscreen, i still see KDE Taskbar and left/right side of my desktop.
Frequent crash during battle with error message like this
Script 'AnimatiomBattleGalv' line 759: RangeError occured.
float -Inf out of range of integer
But other user also report similar error message, so i'm sure whether it's bug with proton or game itself.
Game launches, but either crashes at the start menu and when I start a game.
Game ran well without any tweaks.
Working perfectly out of the box.
