It is like Old School Runescape but way more AFK.
Flawless, runs perfectly out of box.

Runs perfectly out of the box, no issues whatsoever.
Once in a while, after initial load, my FPS drops to sub 10. Restarting the game seems to resolve that issue.

This yields around 6 hours of gameplay with maximum graphic settings.
The text in in-game windows scales with the window size. If you set the window sizes too small, the text will be difficult of read.
Once, the game crashed the whole Steam Deck and caused it to reboot.
If you launch the game and it detects an available update, most of the Steam Deck buttons completely stop working. This makes it impossible to quit Brighter Shores. When this happens, hard-shutdowm the Steam Deck by holding the Power button. Once it restarts, wait for your Steam Deck to detect, download, and install the latest Brighter Shores update before running it again.
Brighter Shores is great fun on the Steam Deck. The game has just entered Early Access, so while there are some stability issues, they'll probably be patched before long.

No issues at all, perfect experience out of the box
Thought it was a native port at first, that's how well it runs.
Great out of the box

No issues to report.

trackpads cover all controls; bind buttons based on in-game shortcuts by preference
TDP limit 10W for improved battery life with smooth transitions
max graphics settings for best visuals and no performance loss

Ran well; no significant problems.
After entering and exiting fullscreen, mouse was trapped in game window until I hit the Super key to switch focus away. (Mouse wasn't re-trapped upon re-focusing the game.)

No issues whatsoever installing and just launching. No tinkering needed on my end and it runs awesome.

I didn't try any other proton version, but considering how smooth it ran in GE, I can only assume it runs just as well in the regular 9.0-3 and experimental as well.
Installed and worked perfectly on the first launch. 0 Tinkering.
Works out of the box no issues and good performance

Works flawlessly on Linux
If you like Runescape, you might like this game since its made by Andrew Gower, the founder of Jagex.

It worked completely fine out of the box with no problems and multiplayer working perfectly fine.

Install. Press play. Have fun!

No Problems Found
Can be played as normal, using latest stable Proton as of this report (9.0-3).
Launch failed before any GUI showed up.

Full screen toggle via ctrl + f doesn't ever seem to exit full screen once you've entered it. (Maybe a gnome thing?)
Not able to launch yet

Works straight outta the box
Install, start, game! :)
Takes a short while to boot. Steam sometimes reports the game as "unresponsive" but just wait. The game will reach the menu after about 20s.

So far so good. Game runs well, high FPS relative to my system and monitor resolution. No complaints.
