Game doesn't start, whatever proton version I tried
Unable to play. Enabled the PROTON LOG, log file was created but was empty.

Perfectly playable with Proton 8
Might take a while to find a match as the game's a bit older
Had a nice stable 60 FPS with max graphics settings. Played three games in a row (wanted to do four but got tired of waiting for the game to find a server) without any issues at all.
Game has too low of an fps to even be counted as playable, not even 30 or even 20fps, mostly 5-10fps
enabled right joystick camera mouse emulation.
sometimes there would be weird purple noise or things, which seemed like they weren't rendered properly
Game was very slow and laggy, with fps ranging from 5-30. with 30 fps only occasionally. mostly low fps
As I said game has very low fps impossible to play at all.
Kind of dissappointed that the game is Deck Verified, yet runs like shit even after all the graphical settings were diled down.

works ootb
occasional micro lags
It just crashes at the beginning

Besides the regular mandatory crashes it works great. It would require the game to be restarted every two games to try to avoid any crash.
Crashes every two to three games.
This game is a unique experience & great fun with a group of friends (up to 6 total) in a 2v4 (Sharks vs Divers) or other game modes.
Game crashes when you join server after 1, 2, max 3 played games. It can crash in mid game...
I played the game without tinkering. It does occasionally crash when you connect to server after 1-3 games... In rare cases, the game freezes.
Runs great ootb with Proton 5.0-10 and 5.13-4, RADV_PERFTEST=aco %command% recommended, but not mandatory.
Tested on Intel HD 530 / 630 and AMD FX 560 OC.
pretty laggy, but playable
Game works fine on proton 4.11-13 with no issues
fullscreen sometimes glitches out
It ran really well and online multiplayer is playable without any tweaks

Working perfectly out of the box.

The game is per default in a windowed mode, what isn't perfect for me (i use i3). making it fullscreen only make it buggy, luckily maki9ng the game fullscreen fixes that. But an issue stays, if you switch workspaces, the game screen becomes black. And there is a little bit lag as well.

Game works fine with few minor glitches due to texture streaming (texture appearing very low resolution and suddenly changing to higher resolution), and random artifact rarely, frames are choppy, playable but not smooth enough to be enjoyable and to be 'competitive' with the fastest shark in game as you 'lag' behind the action and bump into walls when you attack divers.

A bit of stuttering at the beggining, and then ran smoothly at stable 60fps

After upgrading to Mesa 18.1.9 game runs much better without any issue. Slightly lower fps than windows.

Runs but performance is choppy and sound is glitching all the time.

60+ FPS. Anti-aliasing needs to be disabled to fix black & white artifacts appearing across half of the screen.

FPS fluctuates between 45 and 80
