Works rather well, after some basic tinkering.

Performance:Slight Performance Problems

Runs slightly worse than on Windows, but dropping some of the settings and running it with "-dx11" let it run smoothly.

Instability:Occasionally

Sometimes crashed or exited to main menu when I died... otherwise, was quite stable.

It had nothing to do with KDE or Gnome. I was able to play my game by reinstalling the Flatpak version of Steam.

It worked when I did it with KDE

When I tried it on Gnome, it crashed at the start of the new game, but when I tried it on KDE it worked.

When starting single player or mulitplayer the popup "Start steam to verify game files" appears. After clicking ok the game just quits.

Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental

didnt run in proton 7.0-6. Works with experimental. Performance is not super great and there are some lags and stutters here and there (nothing too crazy), but I played multiplayer with a friend on windows and she experienced the exact same issues, so I guess it's more related to the game itself. But overall the experience was pretty good
