Had the game locked at 30fps and had no drops but sometimes when running around the islands it stutters although the fps don't change. Except for that it runs well and idk if it's a steam deck problem or general problem

Regular stuttering when running around
I may be picky here but the stuttering felt horrible for me and really affected my impression of the game. It wasn't just occasional stuttering. It's been there 90% of the time playing. Still upvoting this, because it could just be a 'me problem'. And maybe I am too sensitive about it.
Works fine

Performance issues despite not being a very demanding game.

Very, very slight FPS drops when running around islands but nothing major at all.
No issues with the game itself running on the Steam Deck, handheld, bar a very few framerate drops every now and again.
On the game itself, just note it's more of a creature collection game than a farming sim game.
TDP 3W, GPU 200 Mhz, 40 FPS and Hz

GOG version installs fine, but does not launch at all, despite significant troubleshooting.
GOG version does not run at all, doesn't even start.
Attempted several Proton versions, as well as tinkering with the settings and protontricks, and using an existing winetricks profile that has very high compatibility for most titles. No combination appears to get this game to launch at all.
GOG version not compatible.

It seems that only native Linux version is currentlly working on Steam Deck OLED. Tried all Proton versions on GOG version. Game crashes at startup.

Extremely laggy to an unplayable degree
Suprisingly low FPS rate and tons of lag to say it's not exactly a graphically demanding game. Even when resizing the window down to tiny unreadable resolutions, it still doesn't run at a playable speed.
Game constantly stutters and drops frames, which is surprising given the visual style. However, the game is still very playable.

I play on 8.0.3 and the game runs perfectly fine, have had no problems aside rare FPS drops
Certain areas (like the Observatory) drops the FPS hard for 2-3 seconds.

Overall, the game is playable if you don't mind the blurry text and rare FPS drops. I like it
I tried playing with the settings, but most of the text in menu/pop-ups is pretty blurry and can be annoying, but it is kinda readable. When chatting with villagers it is better, but still kinda blurry.
The graphics look a little bit worse than on PC, despite playing with different settings and framerate.
I played on 30 and 40 FPS and in some areas (like next to the Observatory), it drops to 1 FPS for 2-3 seconds. Otherwise, game runs fine.

This depends on how sensitive you are to FPS changes/drops. They don't bug me in cartoony games, but do a lot in hyper realistic games.
Lag and framerate drops are pretty constant. Usually I'm either sitting at 60 fps, jumping around in the 40s, or down in the lower 20s. Seems to be dependent on what area I'm in and the weather. Rain causes a little lower FPS. I would assume this will be ironed out in some time with updates. Didn't ruin the experience for me.
It's playable and a lot of fun, but at least for the moment don't expect a nice 60 FPS experience despite the hardware being more than capable with the game's graphics.

Changed refresh rate to 40, max fps to 40
Game dips into the 40s if you get anywhere near buildings, random hitching while playing.
Does not Start on Proton Experimental, 8.0-2, or 7.0-6
Game will refuse to start, using Proton 8.0-2 or 7.0-6 the game simply force quits on launch, and using Experimental the game just simply does not load.
