Runs Great on the steam deck
Great game that runs great on the steamdeck.
Some framerate drops.
I honestly don't know why this game isn't verified or at least marked as playable.
Works out of the box
Works out of the box, and runs exactly like it would on windows. I'm running on PC, but this would probably be a great game for the deck!
The game runs perfectly, the only issue was with setting up Wayland to have a primary screen on my system.
The game did not understand where my mouse actually was. The issue was fixed by setting a primary screen for xwayland.
Plays fine on the Deck.
limited FPS
some text is small
Running with no issues.
I was unable to name my workshop and I don't know why - the onscreen keyboard entered text fine but it just never seemed to save. No biggie though.
On a few occassions, asset loading took 5-15 seconds but this was mainly when there were in-game events that required non-standard/normal assets to load.
Great game. Re-gameplay, if you loved My Time at Portia, you'll love this as it's extremely similar gameplay.
1.0 release, still plays just fine.
No issues
Worked right out of the box. Default settings
gamemoderun %command%
Keyboard controls would "stick" and character would continue running after letting go of keys. Fixed with setting the launch command "gamemoderun %command%"
All in all, the only issue I'm having with the game is due to an early access bug that affects all platforms (glitched ruins level). Otherwise, it's running great.
Enjoyable and addictive. UI holds up with keyboard-mouse-controller use.
Highly recommended for RPG-Sim players needing a massive dose of hopepunk. Even in early access, My Time at Sandrock is a worthy sequel to My Time at Portia. The devs are communicative and update the game regularly, making it a great early access to join if a player wants to watch a game in development.
Unsure if this is an early access issue or not, but character will keep running after letting go of the key and will sometimes keep running for up to 6-7 seconds despite no keyboard input. This doesn't happen when using the controller to move.
Runs great out of the box. Have not seen anyone else complain about my issue with character movement so there could be something weird on my end.
Working right out of the box.
runs ok on the steamdeck
It runs ok without any tinkering
prime-run %command%
The demo used to work, but the current beta crashes after Logo
I've tried several Proton versions, including Experimental and GE versions. All share the same problem - crash after Logo.
Worked out of the box. Little janky and unoptimized, but it's not even a beta yet. Perfectly playable for what's there.
Crash just after loading logo (on closed-beta release)
Nothing serious for an early beta, I'll follow up with the devs to try to fix it!
