It ran perfectly! I had a consistent 60 fps the entire way through. I doubt a native port could do better.
Keyboard input is the only way to play this game and it can be a hassle to find softwhere to map gamepad input to your keyboard these days.
Certain pre-rendered backgrounds were missing depending upon where the camera moved.
Not all buttons on my controller worked and mapping the inputs was impossible. Only one of three controllers tested worked at all.
Game will not allow me to login with new launcher.
I tried using the old launcher but was given the error about not having an active service account or the like.
It took installing the AMDGPU-Pro driver from AMD's website to make this game run smoothly enough to play at all, but even then I had to turn the graphics options down and there were still freqent frame drops.
The Rockstart Social Club installs and crashes after loading for a bit.
I tried both GE and Experimental, with no success.
The configuration menu doesn't function at all, but the game runs without any major issues. I've experienced two frame-drops in more than an hour of play, but the framerate is otherwise stable.
Not very enjoyable without gamepad support or sound.
No audio whatsoever.
Doesn't detect any controllers
