For a gamer on Linux, the game would be enjoyable until that black screen issue.

I get a black screen after Sabinian says to take me to rest after I ingested the concoction. I gave it a try for 20 minutes. Remains black. Tried restart, reboot. Did not fix.

Game crashed every 10 minutes

Need to start the game in 800x600, the other resolutions did not work in full screen for me
I needed to patch the game by running exepatch.exe with wine (fix that I have found on a steam page)

Once the game has been patched, it is playable.
