Proton GE did not work, the game launcher window may appear behind steam. If the game itself has issues launching change fullscreen options in the launcher
If using keyboard it's perfect, but with my 360 controller I had to map the controller to keys to use it
Lowered framerate to 40 for better battery life, the lossed frames are not missed
Works best with windowed or windowed borderless, fullscreen can be iffy with tabbing out and not giving your mouse control back
Crashes at the end of FMV. Just relaunch and you can keep playing. Annoying, but you don't lose out on content.
Alt tab requires game restart, use windowed mode
Alt-tabbing probably will crash the game
some stuttering which can be fixed by messing with origin permissions (see other reports and artciles about the game)
If you have problems with origin (because it is a PoS) try using the latest version of vavle's proton (not GE's). I had problems with 5.11 and 5.8 GE, but 5.0-9 worked fine
Audio won't always work
GE Proton doesn't seem to work, experimental worked fine
Use https://github.com/catsout/wallpaper-engine-kde-plugin for using this with KDE
Only try this if you're using KDE and the plugin that makes everything work. Without it you can still manage your wallpapers and export for mobile.
