works fine
I mostly use the touchscreen as it is a little tedious with the trackpads.
Works flawlessly out-of-the-box
Perfect game to play on the Deck. No issues so far after almost 5 hours.
works out of the box
Works fine. Controls are very simple anyway, just use the trackpad or touch screen to click.
Game crashes all the time. I also tried with GE-Proton but it does not improve anything. The game is just poorly optimized, even on PC there are crashes. The Steam version isn't worth getteing imo. Just get the Switch version or play the original PS1 game instead.
Does not even start
The game does not even start on the Deck but since it's free we also can't really expect the devs to put in the effort to make it work on every plattform.
Playable with some adaptations to controller layout
I am writing this as the game is in early access, so this might be subject to change.
It does run fine on Steam Deck, there are no performance issues or anything. This game only has partial controller support which does not work with the default layout. However, if you change the layout to "gamepad with mouse trackpad" (or use "keyboard WASD mouse and remap some buttons) everything should be accessible, as you can use the mouse and the A button to "click". It is a little clumsy but very much playable.
works fine, controls clunky but still OK
No full controller support so you have to use the trackpads. This works fine most of the time but things like stirring the cups can be a little clunky. You will have to manually open the on-screen keyboard a few times but the input works fine. It's very much playable.
I tried the newest GE-Proton version first but the game did not start. It only worked with GE-Proton7-27 for me. Works fine with that said version.
Should at least have status "playable" by now
It had issues with the controls when it first launched but since controller support was added it works just fine out of the box. Text may be on the smaller side but sitll OK. It shouldn't be listed as "unsupportet" imo.
works
The controls are rather simple anyway. Just use the mouse pads or the touch screen.
works fine
It worked out of the box for me. I already played a few hours on the deck and no issues so far.
works fine
Save was not uploaded to cloud correctly but it might be a issue with Steam cloud and not the game
Should not be "verified"
The controls work rather bad and I was unable to name my city with the on-screen keyboard. The game crashed after a few minutes and I was unable to restart it. I don't know how this game ever got the "verified" badge but it definetly shouldn't have.
all good
Worked out fo the box on the Deck for me. I played for 7 hours and no issues so far.
