The game was unplayable out of the box, with stuttering, low FPS and frequent crashes. After the application of the provided command and switching to GE-Proton7-37, the experience drastically improved, rivaling with my experience in Windows, even surpassing it in some points. I am able to play smoothly in areas added in the DLC, Sunbreak, whereas using Windows, I frequently experienced stutter in the same areas. Overall, an excellent experience.

The game is not playable out of the box. This game in particular needed a lot of research and several trials to get to work, and as a result, the provided launch commands deviate a lot to the ones I've usually seen recommended for this game. I'm not sure if it is due to my hardware or my distro, but common tinkering options as the use of GameMode resulted in crashes and low performance. In a previous report, VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/nvidia_icd.json %command% was enough to fix the game's performance issues, but with the transition to a new kernel and the currently supported 525 NVIDIA driver branch for said kernel, WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8=n,b" is necessary, as without it several textures appeared corrupted or straight off missing. With the tinkering, game performance is about the same as in WIndows, if not slightly better.

Final cutscene was audible only in the left speaker of my headphones.
Great experience, aside of the forementioned audio bug, which was exclusive of the final cutscene: audio was normal throughout my time playing.
