Perfect out of the box!
No issues whatsoever, physics objects will be in 30 FPS but that is how it is meant to function.
Yes, it performs just as well as Windows or any other OS, and the performance is great, where I peaked at about 397 frames per second.

I use mastercomfig on medium-high for more performance, as well as ToonHUD to make the UI more appealing.
You need to change to fullscreen after the game launches, as starting in fullscreen will crash the game. The game may also not like Alt-Tab, though it never crashes the game, your screen may go black for a second. I only had the Alt-Tab issue once.
It may say the app isn't responding despite functioning normally, just click "Wait" instead of "Force Quit" and you will be fine. I only experienced this once.
The bots are gone, the only issue are the occasional people with bad connections!
Team Fortress 2 on Linux may be considered native, but unless you are willing to do some tinkering, it isn't worth it. However, I highly recommend it as it is an incredible game.
