Sat and built for a while and it seems to work perfectly. I haven't tried a full DnD game yet.

Runs perfectly on Ultra settings. I've only seen it slow when streaming it over Discord. Have played now for over 4 hours.
I did have to "verify" the files in Steam once installed which said it fixed something.. just fyi. One click an Steam did all that for me.
