Launcher falsely claims that I don't have a subscription

Opens:No
Installed FFXIV via Steam Play, and the launcher hung. Changed the settings from Browser 2 to Browser 1, and the launcher falsely claimed that I didn't have a subscription. The standalone game, however, worked, so try that instead.
