If you make sure to not tab out of the game it will probably work fine.
Switching window or workspace renders the game screen completely black. The music or other audio also fades out and stops playing. The only way to get back is to force close the game and start it again.
Works flawlessly except the first intro. (Demo)
Intro is a black screen, so just press ESC to bypass it to the menu.
If you can use a separate voice service, like Mumble with positional audio, then it's fine.
Voice does not work at all. Voice input or output does not work, so you cannot use the microphone or hear other players.
Some tiny artifact in top right corner.
Chat does not work. Sending any message in chat will simply not show up and no one can see it either.
The final DLC "The Binding of Isaac: Repentance" requires Windows and runs flawlessly with Proton.
Screen tearing using Proton where on native it would not happen.
Using a gamepad works better than native.
Keyboard randomly won't work after starting the game. "Fixed" by restarting the game, and hope that the keyboard works this time. If not, restart the game until keyboard works.
