Crashes at white screen, with or without options

Only starts up the EAC initial splash, opens to a white screen and crashes. Worked less than a week ago, July 4th update borked it? Doesn't work as of 6:25 PM July 6th, 2024

Slight stuttering
No other version of Proton functions on my Debian Bookworm minimal install
Every one of them crashes at a white screen before the title appears
This only happened after the 4th of July Patch
Previously Shadow of the Erdtree DLC was functional
pre-DLC content was accessible, no test inside DLC content yet :(
Extremely slight stuttering even after fixing launch issues, but within 5 frames of 60 FPS

Perfect online, with and without modding.
Works flawlessly out of the box and with Proton GE, modded with r2modman or vanilla.
Does not get to main menu.

Tried with and without Lutris scripts
Launch splash starts and loads into a black screen forever, sitting at around 15% cpu usage and no GPU utilization on Mangohud. Tried with stock Proton, GE-24 through 27, Experimental, all with similar results and varying % usage of resources. Completely Borked 2024-01-29 7:30PM

Middle mouse dragging lags the game consistently. Certain modded menus also lag when dragging in them (Numbers).
Does not launch with Proton GE 27, only native runs. Native is mostly fine with mods but lags in some situations.
Intro cutscene had audio stuttering and crackling but was mostly intact
Crashes at the start menu loading into the main menu with Proton 8 and Experimental, both also refuse gamepad input. Proton 8 GE-27 worked perfect. Brook Universal PCB doesn't function without Steam input even on GE. Use feralgamemode, of course 8:30PM 2024-01-25
Tried Hotfix, Experimental and GE, none worked.

Mangohud doesn't show up given the option for it
Previously worked with GE 8-27
Online also previously worked mostly with some crossplay issues
Driver/Kernel updates possibly borked it, updates may have
Xbox controller completely unmapped without using Proton GE
Does not load Repentance DLC without Proton GE
Repentance DLC doesn't load at all when launching from steam without any options, making it completely unplayable without Proton GE. The game works other than listed issues up to Afterbirth+ DLC, with mods. Once switched to GE, mods still worked and Repentance booted with my controller mapped properly
