On very intense custom maps, small to huge frame drops can occur (no problems when running natively on windows with the same machine and map)
Mouse in Social Club Overlay is Invisible
Only Issue that needs fixing is that the Rockstar Games Social Club is running on Win7 wich they'll stop supporting in 2024
1px white border around the screen while running in windowed/borderless
first played it with normal proton 8.0-5 but that caused it to hang in a black screen on the next bootup, switching to GE-8-22 completely fixed this and the game runs without any issues.
Headlights rarely flicker in a very glitchy way
Running the game on Ultra settings with max AA brings the game down to sub 20fps in big areas where a lot of pop-in accurs, smaller areas run at 60fps or more but with an unstable framerate. turning the graphics down only helped a little bit (Medium & High) still giving slight to high fps drops depending on the enviorment
the game rarely crashed loading into missions
after trying to run it with a bunch of different proton versions, GE-8-22 worked the best but it was far from perfect
