No issues whatsoever. Please keep in mind that this is a Unity title and thus probably needs at least Proton 3.16 and the VK_EXT_transform_feedback Vulkan extension for DX11 stream output.
Rockstar Launcher is no longer an issue with the latest version of Proton, at least for me. It failed on first attempt to launch but started without issue after the second.
No tweaks needed but the general experience is diminished in a few places: Generally suboptimal performance, audio is still slightly crackly and occasionally light graphical glitches drop this from Platinum to Gold.
Runs out-of-the-box with no tweaks needed, no visible issues and good performance.
There is indeed a regression but not caused by Proton but rather by an EAC updated that now refuses operation with Wine/Proton again.
Playable without any noticeable issues.
EAC is used for this game but doesn't kick Linux/Wine users.
Even though EAC works now and has done so for quite some time, this is not guaranteed behaviour. Keep that in mind when considering to buy this game.
Some missing models and textures, into video doesn't play. Probably fixed once stream output lands in Vulkan and DXVK.
As expected in my last report, having stream output fixed the issues. Intro video still doesn't play but still platinum as it has 0 bearing on the actual game and doesn't even provide story.
Okay, this one is a bit more complicated.
This game doesn't work well out-of-the-box even on Windows and that's why the awesome community made "Unofficial Patch" exists which I used for this game. It is highly recommended that you do so as well as otherwise the came might soft-lock on you fairly late in the story and that's the end. Not something you want, trust 2004 me, he was very frustrated.

You can install this patch by running it in regular Wine and simply selecting the games install location. Don't hesitate to also install the + marked changes which alter the game more drastically compared to its original release. Even if you have never played it, it will only help to restore missing content, fix confusing things and make the game much better.
Running on Linux might introduce some additional issues, I need the following launch parameters:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dbghelp=n,b" %command% -game Unofficial_Patch
If the door in the beginning of the tutorial doesn't open, try approaching it crouched a couple of times.
