Doesn't finialize initial install on first launch
Latest Update fixed it on Linux and Steam Deck, you will need EAC Runtime installed on Deck

Screen layouts are not optimised for a handheld device
You can see this in action on Steam Deck with the best settings here: https://youtu.be/czbkjcSwnf4
Medium Settings, 60 FPS Cap

50 FPS Cap, Medium game settings
Don't use DX12
Either get the file from Apex or use the one from the video, the folder is an extra level down to the other users, needs to be in the Easy Anti Cheat directory, use the video for full guidance
EasyAntiCheat does not work out of the box (and therefore you cannot play online), so I had to following guide on Github to make it work: https://squadfm.org/#installation-linux-only
mouse input didn't work in game mode, in desktop mode it works but wasn't ideal
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 %command%
Black Screen on initial launch, open on screen keyboard and press enter, crashes after first install, fine on second run
Glitching every 10-30s, close the launcher window when in game using the steam menu to get rid of the stutter
Controller doesn't work until you are in game and you have to enable gamepad mode in the settings in game
Couldn't download applications list or launch the game on Standard wifi, have to use a mobile hotspot (Google Wifi doesn't work)
Bit Fiddly to install and having to use a mobile hotspot is annoying but game plays incredibly well, video guide if people want it available here: https://youtu.be/zqXBwbofbDQ
Able to find a match but during character selection you get kicked with th error message "The supplied credentials are invalid"
Assuming Anti-cheat issue
Loads as normal, but after around 1 minute it kicks you from the game for suspicious activity and force closes.

Using standard proton the initial cut scenes don't play hence switching to GE Proton
Game works great on the Steam deck with some tinkering for the best settings all round which you can follow in this video to see how it performs and the settings used https://youtu.be/s5OUEyQWEKY. Be aware they are having massive load issues and login times are excessive right now
