User Configuration Issue:
Problem: I initially had the game installed onto an external Flash storage drive and it wouldn't launch.
Solution: Moving it on onboard drive fixed the issue.
Speculation: It couldn't download DirectX, because that is what it did after the move, then it launched with not issues.
