Nothing works.
Tried all methods listed on report, used Proton 7.0, Proton Experimental, GE, tried switching, using both native and flatpak Steam version. Nothing works. EA only installs on Proton 7.0, but only works on 8.0+. The game won't open in any Proton version, maximum i could get was achieving a port 3216 connection error.
Stucks on splash screens, shows no options
Game launches but won't show main menu. Running Epic Games version.
Game has to be launched from Epic Games Launcher or it'll get stuck on splash screen
env __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only %command%
The game runs on integrated GPU by default, use the given initialization options to play on dedicated GPU
Juego no carga
El juego no se carga más desde su última actualización. Pero he pudo jugar con la vieja versión 4.11 de Proton, pero la performance es muy mala haciendo el juego injulgable.
gamemode command
Crackling sometimes, but very few
Black screen sometimes intil minimizing and remaximizing, and resolutions not listed correctly in 2 screens
Game was running much better in newer Proton versions before
Secret Laboratory Anti-Cheat
Making George Soros's steps improved performance, although it is still much worse than it was playing on Proton 6.3 I was running at about 3-9 FPS, now i'm running at about 6-18 FPS
Use Proton 4.11-13, change to Vulkan, disable V-Sync and use this command: gamemoderun %command%
Yes, but if their friends play on Windows as not being able to join other people's lobby is a critical issue
I couldn't join other people's lobby with code, only create and invite them
Game can't detect NVIDIA GPU
Mouse pointer disapears on menu if game in minimized then remaximized
Being forced to run on integrated graphics reduces performance significantly. So it's required to reduce graphics.
The game won't use the dedicated NVIDIA GPU even by using environment variables. The game also requests to install/uninstall C++ runtime every launch.
The game can't use the full hardware potential as it can't detect the dedicated GPU. It's required to reduce graphics so it can have a playable experience on the AMD iGPU.
The game nows detects NVIDIA GPU and runs smoothly
Yes. Performance issues are not typical Proton issues, but a issue with the game itself regarding optimization in Intel HD Graphics GPUs
Much lag on level 2. I was on Ultra graphics wich the game recommended me. I did not tried lower graphics on this level yet. Level 2 is not much well optimized
Mouse pointer was freeze after setting to fullscreen mode. Restarting the game solved this
