I had to add some commands in FALLOUT.INI archive ( /home/user/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/22370/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/My Games/Fallout3) because the mause was too sensitive.

commands: [Controls] fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0 fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0 fForegroundMouseBase=0 fForegroundMouseMult=0

Mouse too sensitive! It can be fixed in FALLOUT.INI file
