tiny connection issue but easy to resolve
works very well and smoothly, altho you may need to change server location to EU then US or vice versa to be able to connect at first if it doesnt let you out of the box.
Worked straight out of the box and flawlessly, full 144fps and no issues whatsoever

Chunks of maps wont render properly (or at all) if you run the game on DX12 (the game runs flawlessly on DX11 tho)
On proton versions 6.X (including GloriousEggroll) I've had major FPS dips altho on proton 5.X (currently on 5.21 GE) by my experience ran smoothly, I would also recommend using Directx11 rather than 12 tho, I've had several visual hiccups on directX12
some crash did happen on proton 6.X but absolutely none on 5.X

DRG used to have lots of visual degradation on DX12 with proton (on NVIDIA gpu at least), this issue is no longer present on 6.13 Glorious Eggroll Proton on my end. runs flawlessly and efficiently.
If however you do see anything weird visually, I would urge you to switch over DX11, it usually works just as well.

Also, to enable Mods.io, I used protontricks to switch the windows version to Win7, otherwise you cannot install any mods.
I would also recommend using DX11 if you encounter any graphical issue. Or DX12 if you encounter lags.
By default, it is impossible to install mods via mod.io on DRG
From my experience this would work out of the box but one would need to ideally stick with a 5.x version of proton and use DX11 in the game
I would highly recommend running this game with a GE version of proton, also to enable the mod interface and allow your client to download mods, you should use proton tricks to switch your windows version to windows 7
It worked out great out of the box but I have found it to be more stable and efficient on the GloriousEggroll branch of proton

Again, only in the PC enhanced edition Normal version runs as good as it should
alt tabbing in either versions can cause issues with the full screen ratio/size and add black bands on the sides of the game, if you get this issue, reset your resolution in options
Only in the enhanced edition Normal version runs fine if you avoid Ray Tracing options
PC Enhanced edition will crash often and will be quite unstable The normal version however is very stable.
On PC enhanced edition, eyes glows, hairs are all white, the light contrast is insane (I would consider it to be broken) clearly some heavy graphical issues.
Longstory short, avoid the PC enhanced edition, yes it will run but it'll be unstable and most likely look awful, I tried several flags and options and nothing worked as good as the original version.
stick with the normal version.
Good but you should skip the cinematic that causes you to crash, otherwise the performances are great.

I tried proton experimental, 5.22GE, 6.9 GE, 6.19-2 GE, 6.3-7, 5.13-6 and 5.0.10 I also tried changing the windows version to 7 and 8.1. So far nothing worked.

I'm both ashamed and impressed to say, I legit believed this game was native initially. It works flawlessly without any issues. No tweaks needed
This game runs flawlessly appart from the multiplayer hosting situation happening since the new DLC.

regardless of which proton version or GE proton version I use, it simply wont load any maps or at all sometimes, it used to run well however before this update
Awful performance. Cant play online.
Not only the game weights a ton but it also refuses to let you play online unless you disable anticheats, which is also required for everyone you wanna play with. If you then manage to get there, the performance are your next obstacle. I just dumped the game instead.
