I am using the Flathub version of Steam. I can launch the game but it immediately crashes. I checked the logs and it mentions Vulkan
Vulkan logs (I canot paste the entire log as it is too long): "warn: OpenVR: Failed to initialize OpenVR info: Required Vulkan extension VK_KHR_get_physical_device_properties2 not supported info: Required Vulkan extension VK_KHR_surface not supported"
The game starts now, even without the launch option, straight into the launcher, without any error messages. However, the performance is still awful, I am struggling to get more than 20 fps on any map even with all the video settings set to the lowest possible.
Great game, works fine out of the box but with irregular crashes.
Some textures are sometimes replaced by a white "mush" if you are in-game for an extended period. A quick restart fixes this issue.
High resolutions are not supported, I had to manually add some lines in a config file. However, this is also the case with the windows version of the game and editing the file wasn't really difficult.
When I quick saved the game crashed but it happened only once.
My lightsaber wasn't positioned correctly, it was sticking out of my head.
There are great guides on steam for installing mods and tweaking your game. The server browser doesn't show any servers but there still are some online, just make a quick internet search.
