I had no issues with the game at all. I did no tinkering and it just works... But I did have some minor graphic degradation.
Graphics:Minor Artifacts
For the Graphic Degradation all I had was some Texture flickering and some lighting issues. albiet all very minor not enough to ruin the gaming experiance.

I have done nothing to it... just downloaded and installed and it works.
I do have the game in borderless windowed mode as it put it in that mode by default and there is aa white border around the entire game window... but thats trivial and you get used to it pretty fast...
