Played through the entire Act 1 on High graphics with FSR Quality at 85-90 FPS without issues with stability and/or visual glitches.
Game runs flawlessly on Proton experimental
The game's native Linux support is likely outdated as running it without Proton ends up on a buggy display. You can interact with the main menu but can't see anything.
After testing it with Proton experimental, I had a flawless experience. Played for over two hours at capped 100 FPS and had a smooth experience without any issues.
FPS was much lower than on Windows with the same hardware and graphics settings. Max FPS on Windows was ~75-80 FPS, meanwhile ~55-35 FPS on Linux. This issue was mitigated using Proton Experimental alongside gamemode and setting my CPU cores governor to Performance using cpupower (now getting ~60-90 FPS)
Works OOTB
Faced some minor stutters in the prologue and upon reaching Bagano, but nothing unbearable
Managed to install, open and play the game without any issues. Went from the prologue to the Bagano vault and I had a flawless experience so far. Actually kind of surprised, I thought there would be some compatibility issues with the EA launcher
