Runs passably most of the time after initial hurdles, but marred by occasional significant bugs.
5.9-GE-7-ST GloriousEggroll
protonfix listed here: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/4243
Most cutscenes played with very low-resolution textures and some artifacts.
Major camera issues in a small number of locations.
Crash on process switch when not playing in fake-fullscreen or windowed mode.
One crash after about 5.5 hours of gameplay.
In at least one area an asset failed to load, making progress impossible without saving and reloading the game.
I experienced a few other significant bugs not noted here as well, but I suspect at least some of those are due to the current state of early access for the game rather than Proton compatibility issues.
Missing 3D models for a while when loading saves.
Rare crashes, ~1 per 20hrs of gameplay. Maybe fixed; I've experienced zero since the most recent hotfix.
Online multiplayer: Not tested.
Game does not launch
Tried via both steam runtime and steam-native and with all available versions of proton (4.11-10, 4.2-9, 3.16-9, and 3.7-8). A fullscreen window is created but nothing is ever rendered to it.
GameThread timed out waiting for RenderThread (Proton 6.3-4, Proton 6.10-GE)
Freeze on initial loading screen. With Proton 5.X, crashes before loading screen.

Fullscreen: With two 4K monitors, fullscreen appears to render in 7680 × 4320 and downsample to monitor resolution (3840 × 2160) rather than rendering in my selected resolution for the game (1920 × 1080). There are currently known issues with performance in 4K on Windows as well, and these were evident.
Borderless Window: Ran in 7680 × 4320. Was not able to resize.
Windowed: Works perfectly.
Controller did not function with Steam Input enabled.
Save data failed to transfer via Steam Cloud.
Significant stuttering on settings below maximum. Resolved by changing from default settings to "Best".
Runs well if you are willing to tolerate latency on mouse inputs.
Approximately 0.5 seconds of input latency for the mouse. Unfortunately the game seems to depend heavily on mouse input.
Input latency.
This impression is based upon time with the demo version.
Crash at startup
From Steam logs:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'dxvk::DxvkError'
Game fails to start
"Windows Version Not Supported" message box displays.
