Runs perfectly, menu fonts are a bit wonky. It's hard to select the song that you want, especially if it is at the end of the list
Works well, the text height was not correct, but after installing ttf-mscorefonts-installer it worked just fine. There are some problems on the text display but it doesn't affect gameplay
Game crashes before first cutscene
Launching the game with a clean prefix skippes all intro videos and lets you customize your character, after that the first cutscene should play but it just hangs there.
Tried installing mf-install as other suggested. Intro videos play but then the game crashes with a Fatal Error popup.
Also tried with Proton-GE (Which should have mf fixes baked in) and it hangs before the first cutscene

The only issue is that cutscenes pick a dub at random, but subtitles are still in the selected language All in game audio is dubbed correctly
Better than on Windows
Game launches without thinkering, on windows it didn't do that at all. Played through the entire game on Linux without any crash.
The game works fine after the setup is done. The error about redist can occur on a clean windows install as well.
Installed vcrun2022 as the game asked. This could be enabled by the devs in Steamworks, but currently it's not in the beta.
Sporadic lagspikes
Game hangs on loadings, making the OS think that it might have stopped working. Waiting a bit more solves the issue.
Keep in mind that this is a private beta and the game is still under development.
Doesn't work with nvidia drivers 410 (it says directX 11 is not enabled), downgrading to 396 works. It gives an error at startup during installation of UE, but then runs fine.
