The EA app is trash and that's why it wasn't launching, wouldn't work with any other proton version, steam or ge, and wouldn't run without the launch options.

Lags a bit when loading in to the map.
The really bad EA app crashed and then stopped working on GEProton-7.2, the only other version this worked on was this one. It seems to be really random when and on which proton versions it works, even on the same day when no variables about the system have changed. And all because of the really bad EA app.
SteamVR crashes before the menu/statue appears.
Tried to run it with Proton Experimental and recommended by Steam which is 8.0-4 as well, it's the same every time, it will launch but will crash the whole SteamVR immediately before the menu/statue appears.

Was randomly getting TFGE0001 on plasma 6, thoght it was wayland problem, but it was some weird plasma 6 bug. Was able to play on cinnamon, but works on plasma now as well after deleting the prefix and letting it regenerate.

Didn't actually showed up on my HMD
It currently only launches on 8.0-4, GE or Experimental proton versions crash the VR mode while loading, couldn't actually make it show anything on the HMD on Gnome x11 session, no idea why(will try KDE)

At first I tried running this with GE proton, tho none of GE versions work, nor the 8.0 or Experimental. Got lucky it worked on 7.0-2. Tho you need to launch it in desktop mode first, log in and then launch it in VR mode, othewise you'll get an authentication error. SteamVR deson't currently have smoothing as far as I'm aware. So it has tearing issues when moving fast, for example Super VR Ball. Have not tried it in wayland yet, but I doubt it will be much better. And ofc video players don't work. I didn't had %command% --disable-hw-video-decoding launch options this time, but without them videos will crash the game, so be sure to add them.
