5-10 crashes throughout the main story playthrough. Never at the same places, crashes seemed random
Once after getting back from suspend the audio was playing faster than it should. Had to restart the game
Crashed once throughout 20h of playing
The lights (especially from the flashlight) do not work well by default, making the game unplayable. It turns out that by default the freshly installed game tries to run Linux version of the game, which isn't very good. Force ANY proton version makes the deck to download and run the Windows version which doesn't have any issues
FPS dropped from 60 to unstable 10-30 in Lambda Core chapter + some degradation in Xen
Crashes closer to the end of the game + "not enough memory" after waking up from suspending
Force the game to run through Proton
Some audio issues after putting device to sleep and resuming back. After game restart everything is fine again
Reassigned a button for nitro/launch - for some reason it was the same as general throttle
Once there was an issue with crackling/song speedup after waking up from sleep mode
Some change in button setting was necessary to split Accelerate and Nitro/Launch
I could not make it work with an external controllers (bluetooth XBox or wired Logitech) even though all other games play well with it. Therefore playing on a big TV screen was not possible.
Disabling PhysX in the game options helped make it great again
Just disable PhysX - it's literally impossible to play after a couple of first missions because of it
Described under "other bugs"
Closer to the end of the story mode some missions were hanging right after the hangar. And I was unable to finish it as one of the later missions completely failed to load - the screen was frozen
I tried to do some simple things like decreasing the graphical settings, changing proton version and reinstalling the game, but it still failed to load the latest missions.
