You gotta get used to the launcher being pretty slow, but the game itself runs perfectly flawless
Runs out of the box on NTFS as well as BTRFS. Fullscreen problems that are present on Windows are not really present on Linux
There is a certain angle, when water just becomes black pixels
The game feels a bit slow at certain times. Framerate can drop to around 30 FPS on highest settings with my components. Would have expected a bit more, but the game definitely stays playable as you only really notice low framerate when you look out for it
The game crashed around 2 times during my playthrough. It might not be the games fault, as apparently my whole steam crashed those times. However checkpoints are placed very nicely in the game, so I didn't loose any progress
When starting the game it will tell you that it didn't find a graphics card. After you have gone through the launcher it will also tell you that your gpu driver is outdated. Both warnings can be easily ignored
Entering new regions made the game stutter for some time until everything got rendered once and when it entered the camera the first time. From there on the stutter goes away.
The game also lagged a lot when the Origin Overlay displayed a message. So I disabled all messages from displaying in the overlay
The game did not start on the first try cause the Ubisoft Launcher crashed after updating. I am using Nobara Project as a distro with preconfigured settings and drivers, so the game ran out of the box and perfectly fine on the highest settings.
Audio is completely missing from the game. You can watch to the OST playlist on Youtube to still get the feeling for the game though
