Playable out of the box, runs perfectly.
Do note that some mods may have bugs due to system level differences in scripting; Vanilla does NOT suffer this issue. For A Game of Thrones, there is a county whose script is capitalized, which is read normally on windows, but causes an error on linux systems. To fix this check the A Game of Thrones Discord server, they'll have a file you can download, or with some tinkering you can fix it yourself. Reiterating this is an issue with MODS, not Vanilla.
Screen tearing on menus that starts out as a minor issue but quickly snowballs into filling the entire screen.
If you experience the same issues I experienced, set your drivers to NVIDIA driver 525. Otherwise no additional tinkering is needed.
I had very, very, very minor issues with the graphics that I resolved by resetting my graphics settings and switching to GE-8-11.
Runs perfectly out of the Box, has Gamepad Support.
You can use an XBOX controller via USB, which is my preferred way to play the game - ditch the Mouse and Keyboard for this one!
For some games I force experimental out of caution, though this game runs fine either way. Highly recommend you give it a try, it's wonderful!
