I dunno if this is just a Linux thing or the game itself, but while playing somtimes during combat my turn will take a few seconds before it actually happens, not an issue tho.
I have my old windows documents and wine directed to that folder, but Proton does not actually use wine config or have its own config to point it to that, so to use old Saves you must either Copy the saves to the drive_c in Compatdata folder for Dragon age (47810) or create a Link folder to your documents this is what i did.
This also applies to modding this game.
Unplayable after reaching Cid's Hideout as now i cant even get past the crashes after loading
Crashing after loading game 90% of the time
Using a keypad as the Thief the keypad would not disappear and i wouldnt be able to close it via the mouse X until i lost or won and the mouse appeared on the End game screen.
Its only happened once, but artifacting shadows
About 10 fps lower than windows but well above 70fps
There was occasional freezing early on but seemed like caching and was gone later
