The launch options need to be set, otherwise the installer thinks there's not enough disk space.
The first step of the installer showed a black screen. Clicking somewhere else on the screen quickly flashes the screen, showing briefly what should have been there, including the OK button. It should be at the center bottom of the window, very slightly to the right. You can click on it, and I've found no issues afterwards
