The game runs fine, although in some maps you can feel the FPS decrease.
But the biggest problem it has are the FPS drops while shooting, which makes the experience frustrating and annoying.

Runs perfectly out of the box for me, although in a different installation of Arch I did have the feeling of a slight lack of smoothness (it was still enjoyable).
