Fix for arch-based distros:
Install the 'steam-native-runtime' package and its dependencies, instead of the 'steam' package most distros come with. No launch options required. You can have both packages installed at the same time, just be sure to launch the native version.

The game runs well, I've had no performance issues. There are quite a few bugs that aren't Linux specific but it's always fixed by a restart
gamemoderun %command%
Alt-tabbing with fullscreen mode crashes the game
Sometimes I experience an "aim assist" bug, where my mouse decelerates as I hover over an NPC or player. It gets worse as I move closer, to the point where it's difficult to look anywhere else. The game doesn't have aim assist. This seems to be Linux specific, restarting the game usually fixes this issue.
I was unable to get voice chat to work, I can only hear people on my Steam friendslist and nobody can hear me. I tried common troubleshooting advice but it seems that the finicky voice chat isn't Linux specific.
