The protonfix is not working for me that is mentioned What I got in terminal can be found below.
Gonna have to see if I can get the 64 bit version fps to be more stable to truly enjoy this game.
Slightly choppy on the 64bit version, wouldn't play 64 bit version higher then 5.01 version.
There are multiple games I can not run on 5.13-4, for me the proton 5.01 seems more stable right now. Especially when it involves games that support 64bit.
I tried to every proton version and the native runtime. All I get is a window with a black screen.
My advice is wait before buying this game if you plan running it on linux, see if the performance improves as they continue update the game.
Yes they would if they're willing to do the legwork on those games that don't run straight out of the box.
Would not launch from steam, had to rename PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware.exe to sacred2.exe replace it with the orginal file and launch the game from desktop shortcut because wouldn't launch within steam. To get the files to install then had to move it back once it was done. Now working perfectly fine.
Added this to the command launcher options fix to the no sound issue with the game WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" %command% Seems to be runnin without any issues. Haven't tried to install any mods skse64 or installed the script extender it's self. Won't launch at all with 5.13-4 for some reason. Don't have a clue why.
