Snakebite mod manager also works through the use of Q4-Wine! You can install any mod available for the game, just obviously something like IHHook won't work well without a mouse and keyboard. Infinite Heaven works flawlessly and I've been playing a OSP-only playthrough (with the usual exceptions mission wise) with higher prep values. An absolute blast!
