Mostly works, but had to close and re-open the game every hour or so
Had a weird issue where the in-game menus would slowly degrade in performance until they became unusable (menus would completely freeze up). I haven't seen this reported anywhere else.
Normal gameplay was unaffected.
However, when the menus were frozen, holding alt+tab would show the game running absolutely fine in the mini-window.
In-game menus would slowly degrade in performance over the course of a play session, until they eventually lock up.
Nearly flawless out of the box. Only the in-game videos which shown in the skill tree don't work.
In-game movies work fine, but the mini video player which gives a short clip of your 'Skills' does not work.
After applying the previously mentioned fixes (both are relatively easy to apply), the game runs flawlessly.

Extract the custom version of SKSE to the Enderal install directory, otherwise the ini prefs won't be respected when launching the game.
NPC audio is missing. Fix with the following launch command: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=90 %command%
Fullscreen does not work by default. Must apply previously mentioned fix for SKSE first.
