In general, if you're willing to sit through longer than normal loading times and an occasional crash, it's quite playable.

Some textures loaded in extremely slowly.
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Loading to the menu and back took around 10-30 seconds.
Instability:Occasionally
Would occasionally crash when fast travelling or during a loading screen.
Decent performance. Getting 50-75 fps in most areas.
